The Academy of Hospitality, Tourism and Wellness is pleased to announce that it has received the Special PRIZMA Award “For New Quality in Tourism” at this year’s award ceremony.
This prestigious award, presented by tourism journalists from across the region, is one of the most significant recognitions for quality and innovation in the tourism industry in Southeast Europe.
The “For New Quality in Tourism” award was established in 1997 by the editorial team of Turistička PRIZMA, with the mission to encourage the improvement of tourism services and to promote examples of best practices. We are particularly honored that the expert journalistic jury recognized the Academy’s contribution to education and the development of professionals in tourism, hospitality, and wellness, awarding the Special PRIZMA as recognition for initiatives that set new standards in the sector.
The award ceremony took place on November 28 during the conference “Tourism, Our Daily Necessity”, as part of the 56th International Tourism Fair in Novi Sad. This year, a total of 11 PRIZMA awards and one special award were presented in various categories, covering destinations, events, eco-ethno and wine tourism, spa, hotel, and other segments of the tourism industry. We sincerely thank the organizers and jury members for recognizing the significance of HTW Academy, as well as all other award recipients from the region, whose contributions further inspire cooperation and quality initiatives in tourism development.
This recognition confirms that HTW Academy is becoming one of the key pillars in the development of professional staff in tourism, hospitality, and wellness in this part of Europe. We remain committed to improving our educational programs, developing new content, and providing an outstanding professional experience for our students.
We also extend our gratitude to all students, collaborators, and partners who contribute to HTW Academy’s continuous growth and help set new standards in education and professional development in tourism.
